The Chautauqua Dining Hall will be serving a Mother's Day Brunch Buffet including Classic Eggs Benedict, Salmon Benedict, Traditional Breakfast Items, Omelet Station, Smoked Salmon Platter, Fruit and Pastries, and Chilaquiles from 8:30am - 11am. From 11am - 4:30pm they will be serving all of the above plus a Carving Station with Beef Brisket, Leg of Colorado Lamb, and Honey glazed Ham, Baked Trout, Salad Bar and More.
